  • Nerve Entrapments: Conditions like cubital tunnel or radial tunnel syndrome occur when nerves become compressed, often leading to tingling, numbness, or weakness in the arm or hand. These require specific treatment strategies that differ from muscle or tendon injuries.
  • Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSIs): Often a slow build-up from repetitive, low-level stress on joints and muscles. RSIs can affect multiple areas of the arm and tend to flare up more severely over time if not properly managed.
