As the providers of a service that clients rely on for pain relief, rehabilitation as well as improved movement, we want to make sure that every person who books an appointment with Physio Direct has the experience that they’re looking forward to when they expect it. While we understand that sometimes unforeseen events happen, we’ve decided to implement a cancellation policy to ensure that we don’t waste any client’s time and so you never have to miss an appointment without getting a chance to reschedule it first. This will also allow us to assist walk-in patients who need urgent assistance.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT
If you are not able to attend an upcoming appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand so that we can make the necessary arrangements. If you encounter an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible as this will be highly appreciated.
All you have to do is call our contact number on 0800-111-788, request the clinic your appointment is at, and alert the receptionist. If you’d like us to follow up with you, please leave a contact number and name, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
MISSING AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PRIOR CANCELLATION
If you don’t cancel an appointment at least 24 hours beforehand and fail to show up, we will record this as a ‘No Show’. As we understand that emergencies do happen, you won’t be charged for your first two no-shows, but any subsequent ones will incur a fee of $40.00 per incident. This payment will be for your account and can’t be passed on to your ACC orprivate insurance.
